Please remember that there are several factors that can elongate delivery times slightly such as statutory vacations, elections and industrial action on the part of the mail service to name but a few. Unfortunately we have no control over mail service problems and delays, much as we may wish otherwise.
We do however have a remarkable success rate for getting your goods through on time and we are always available to answer any questions or queries you may have about airmail. All invoices are sent via e-mail as confirmation of order. If we are out of stock we will e-mail you with an approximate delivery time or offer you an alternative product.

What happens if the wrong item is shipped ?
In the rare event that wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, and charges for the product value corrected. We are not responsible for damage in transit, beyond our control. Having said this, its obviously in our best interest to keep you as a happy contented client, so never hesitate to contact us with any queries.
Return of Products
If the Products are damaged in transit, you must immediately us that the goods are damaged.
Upon receipt of the damaged goods, we will either at our discretion
A. replace the Products; or
B. give you a full refund on your Nominated Payment Authority.
You must cooperate with all enquiries and claims we may make in connection with any compensation for any damage whilst in transit
